Act as the key business partner point of contact in support of the annual budget cycle and business plan activity, including forecasting.Support financial reporting integration with clients.Build relationships with key personnel within the client base.What You Will Bring

Financial Reporting

Quarterly reporting to clients, in line with requirements.Production of accurate statutory accounts.Interaction with actuarial and tax teams as necessary.Ensure controls and reconciliations are appropriate and proactively reviewed.Detailed understanding of all processes and dependencies within the finance team.SII reporting, including quarterly and annual returns (QRTs, SFCR, RSR).Finance Operations

Oversight and management of the finance operations team.Ensure appropriate resourcing.Interaction with other operational teams.Programme Initiatives

Support implementation of finance-related programmes.Act as SME on onboarding programmes of work.Business Partnering

Support annual budget and business plan activities, including forecasting.Support financial reporting integration with clients.Build relationships with key client personnel.Manage BAU operational activities and project migrations.Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs.Manage offshore process relationships.Staff Management and Development

Conduct PDRs, training, and development.Ensure team members are trained and competent.Align individual objectives with corporate goals.Identify LandD needs and facilitate training.Assess the impact of LandD initiatives.SSandC Quality
