A client within the Public Sector based in Bristol is currently recruiting for a Head of Landlord Compliance and Building Safety to join their Housing Property Services Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing and compliance environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to lead on landlord compliance, building safety and health and safety across housing services, ensuring statutory and regulatory requirements are met, strategies are developed, and a strong safety culture is embedded across the organisation. The postholder will be the "Responsible Person" and/or "Duty Holder" under relevant legislation, overseeing compliance assurance, audit, resident engagement and safety programme delivery.
