Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage a UK-wide sales teamDevelop and implement national sales strategies to meet growth objectivesBuild and maintain key relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholdersMonitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunitiesSet and track sales targets and KPIsCoach and support the sales team to foster a high-performance cultureCollaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to support sales effortsProduce regular sales reports and updates for senior leadershipEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures Candidate Profile:Proven experience in a National Sales Manager or equivalent leadership roleBackground in electric heating or a related sector is highly desirableDemonstrated success in hitting sales targets and leading high-performing teamsStrong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skillsComfortable using CRM systems and sales analytics toolsWilling to travel across the UKMust hold a full UK driving licence ACS are recruiting for a National Head of Sales.
