You ll be expected to cultivate a strong culture of high achievement, innovation in teaching and learning, and a love of science across Key Stages 3 to 5.You ll be instrumental in: Setting clear academic goals and leading the development of a robust, engaging, and progressive science curriculum. Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring teachers within the department to deliver outstanding learning experiences. Using data effectively to monitor student progress, set targets, and drive continuous improvement. Fostering an inclusive, high-expectation classroom culture where all students regardless of background can excel in the sciences.
