This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a top-tier Business Applications team while driving digital transformation and operational excellence across a portfolio of forward-thinking clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and line-manage a growing team of Solution Architects, Functional and Technical Consultants Champion the use of Power Platform and low-code/no-code solutions internally and externally Shape and oversee solution design, technical delivery, and client success Drive the adoption of AI technologies (including Copilot) to improve delivery efficiency Act as Lead Solution Architect on strategic projects and new business pursuits Establish and scale a Power Platform Centre of Excellence Represent the consultancy''s Microsoft capability at events, with clients, and to Microsoft directly Collaborate with business leaders and clients to align technology with commercial goals Stay ahead of product road map developments, trends, and certifications Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in a leadership role within a Microsoft Dynamics practice or consultancy Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales,
