This is a genuinely strategic partnering role, focused on aligning organisational priorities with people strategy to support performance, culture and long-term workforce capability.Working within a well-structured HR function that includes a dedicated Employee Relations team, this role allows you to focus on true business partnering rather than day-to-day case management.
