Although predominantly a seafood restaurant serving the finest fish and shellfish, mouth-watering meat dishes add to this impressive menu.Restaurant Manager''s responsibilities are:- Proactive management of the team, leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service which has come to be expected by the brand.- Responsible for all waiting staff and planning rotas.- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Laws and to assist in maintaining the restaurant''s 5-star food hygiene rating and ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.- To monitor weekly and daily turnover figures plus cashflow, adjusting operational budgets to promote profitability.- Liaising with General Manager to make decisions for operational activities setting and achieving strategic goals.- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.- Drive Alecs culture, inspire, guide, and educate juniors in your team.- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth delivery of our high standards and profitability.The successful candidate:- Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional service in a time pressured busy, fine dining environment.- Excellent communicator and inspirational leader.- Reliable and always willing to expand their knowledge in exchange for development.- Have the ability to deliver high standards consistently.- Have outstanding communication and people skills and to be able to deliver high standards consistently.- Be pro-active, passionate, and enthusiastic about their job.- Lead by example.
