Floor Manager

We''re currently recruiting a dedicated Floor Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CHandCO on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of serviceSupervise and train a team of 4 supervisors and front of house staff to maintain a positive work environment and exceptional guest service reporting into the on site operations managerMonitor and control restaurant performance, including managing costs and maximising revenueMaintain and enhance the guest experience by handling feedback and resolving any concernsEnsure smooth communication between front and back-of-house teams for efficient service delivery
