Floor Manager , you will receive:Salary:

Floor Manager , who:Greet guests, seat them, and ensure a positive dining experienceTrains, supervises, and motivates team membersMonitors stock levels, places orders, and manages wine storage to ensure optimal conditionsOversees daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory, and equipment maintenanceMaintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitationAddresses guest complaints and issues professionallyCommunicates with kitchen team members, other managers, and external vendorsEnsures compliance with food safety regulations, licensing laws, and other relevant regulationsFosters a positive and collaborative work environment and adapts floor staffing based on guest flow and needsShares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and CareDisplays a background in Fine Dining Restaurant set-up as a Floor Manager or Senior Team Leader/SupervisorIf you share a passion for art, culture, and hospitality, art''otel is where people''s talents will feel at home.
