creating a warm, polished and memorable atmosphere, every day.What you''ll be doingLeading the floor during service with clarity, confidence and attention to detail.Supporting, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team to deliver smooth, guest-focused service.Championing our food and wine offering
confidently recommending dishes and pairings with insight and care.Managing the flow of service, setting and adjusting sections, and ensuring team communication is clear and effective.Handling POS, payments and end-of-day processes with precision.Taking ownership of the restaurants presentation, flagging any maintenance issues and upholding high standards at all times.Contributing to team briefings, tastings, and wider projects to support the successful launch and continued evolution of the concept.What we''re looking forProven experience in a floor or service management role within a quality-led restaurant.A natural leader
