Perfect for weekend stays, spa breaks and business travel, the hotel features 464 bedrooms and suites, two restaurants, 42 beautiful meeting rooms as well as a health club with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room facilities.A bit about what you will do...As an Events Floor Manager, you will ensure a smooth and effective running of the entire meetings and events operations.Plan and manage the day to day operations of all MandE areas of the hotel and ensure all service standards are followed and report back on financial performance and employee satisfaction.Implement, measure, monitor and improve all guest service and guest recognition programs such as trust you.Conduct monthly departmental meetings.Demonstrate a management style which promotes effective development and use of team members through regular reviews and coaching.Provide support and training on upselling and negotiating techniques for all team members within the MandE/Food and Beverage service area.Keep staffing in line with payroll budget and proactively plan employee holidays and balance seasonal fluctuations.More about you...Very strong communication skills and an excellent standard of written and spoken English.Ability to take initiative and deal with unexpected situations and last-minute changes.Strong attention to detail.
