Your new role Develop and implement comprehensive employeerelations strategies and policies. Provide expert advice and support to management onemployee relations issues. Lead investigations into employee complaints andgrievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution. Foster a culture of open communication andcollaboration across all levels of the organisation. Working with external works counsels and employmentlawyers. Lead a team of 5 employee relations professionals,from advisor through to senior consultants. Monitor and analyse employee relations trends andmetrics to identify areas for improvement. Report back to CPO on trends, improvements andescalations. S
