Manage a varied caseload across multiple sites, dealing with everything from day-to-day queries to more complex cases such as grievances and disciplinary matters. Work closely with the Group Head of HR and Operations Director to shape and deliver effective ER strategies. Support and coach managers through performance, conduct, and capability issues in line with company policies and employment law. Take the lead on complex ER cases, providing guidance on conflict resolution, investigations, and formal procedures. Ensure our policies and practices are legally compliant, up to date, and aligned with best practice.
