to join their senior leadership team for a

10-month maternity cover . This is a crucial, strategic role with the potential to become permanent.You will operate as a senior job runner across multiple live projects – managing both teams and client relationships. The ideal candidate will be confident, collaborative, and capable of leading from the front, representing the practice with professionalism and clarity.Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, rather than focusing on a single schemeManage internal teams, consultants, and client relationships across all project stagesContribute to high-level project strategy and delivery, supporting directors as part of the senior teamMaintain quality across output and ensure efficient workflows using VectorworksRequired Skills and Experience

5–8+ years post-Part III experienceProven track record of running complex residential and mixed-use projectsExcellent client-facing and consultant coordination skillsGood working knowledge of InDesign and BIM workflowsComfortable working at Associate/Senior/Director levelProject Types Include
