Take the lead on commercial and workplace projects, from early concept through delivery.Pitch to win new work, presenting fresh, inventive ideas that excite clients.Manage client relationships with confidence, acting as a trusted design partner throughout the process.Shape design narratives through materiality, storytelling, and vision-setting.Translate concepts into robust, coordinated design packages using Revit.Lead workshops, site visits, and reviews - ensuring creativity is grounded in practical buildability.Mentor and collaborate with colleagues across architecture, interiors, and delivery.Embed sustainability standards into projects, supporting responsible, high-quality outcomes.Requirements

Proven experience in a senior role at a top-tier or AJ-recognised studio.A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual leadership and commercial design expertise.Track record of winning new work and delivering projects for renowned clients.Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from a top University.Strong presentation and communication skills - able to command a room and inspire clients.Proficiency in Revit, comfortable moving between concept and detail.A genuine passion for both traditional architectural thinking and Design and Build.How to apply
