with strong aviation sector experience. This is a unique opportunity to step into a lead role where you’ll manage design delivery on major UK aviation projects and shape the built environment in one of the most complex and regulated sectors.What You’ll Be Doing:Leading multi-disciplinary project teams from RIBA Stage 0 to 7Managing internal teams (Architects, Technologists, Early Careers talent) and coordinating with external stakeholdersProducing high-quality architectural designs, technical details and specificationsActing as a key client liaison, balancing design innovation with compliance and feasibilityContributing to fee proposals, project planning, and overall design strategySupporting junior staff development and promoting a collaborative, high-performing team cultureWhat You’ll Bring:ARB-registered Architect (RIBA preferred)Solid background delivering large-scale aviation projects (ideally Heathrow and/or Gatwick standards)Advanced Revit skills (Autodesk Revit 3D proficiency required)Strong knowledge of UK Building Regs, British Standards and CDM regulationsConfident communicator, both in presentations and cross-discipline collaborationExperience with NBS Chorus specification writingNice-to-Haves:Experience managing diverse teams from graduate to senior levelCommercial awareness and understanding of project financialsExperience working with external design consultantsWhy Apply Through Us?We’re not your average recruiters.
