National Account Manager

Our client, one of the UK''s leading technology led homes and gardens household name brand, is seeking a dynamic and fast-paced National Account Manager to manage and grow a newly launched channel. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive growth in a key omnichannel business segment.Location: Camberley- hybrid working with some travelTHE NANTIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Manage and develop the new omnichannel business segment.Foster strong relationships within the customer organization to grow sales.Liaise with category managers to manage forecasting, introduce new products, and support promotions.Coordinate with internal departments to provide ongoing value to the customer.Manage the forecasting process, stock management, and product launches.Analyze sales data and assess customer operations to identify opportunities and risks. THE IDEAL NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER WILL HAVE: 3+ years'' experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Asset Manager.Solid experience working with a major omnichannel retailer.Essential e-commerce experience and ability to manage a large product range online.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with all levels of customer organization.Experience in marketing, trading, and program/project management.Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration or similar.
