My client is looking for a Senior HR Generalist on a maternity cover fixed term contract based at their offices in HeathrowWorking 5 days a week office based providing senior HR support the business. Working in a unionised environment providing support in ER, volume recruitment campaigns, TUPE, Redundancy and all areas of HR.Working closely with Managers and providing guidance and advice to employees.The senior HR Generalist plays a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employee needs, acting as a strategic partner to management while enhancing workplace relationships and productivity. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies that support business growth and align with organizational goals. Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing guidance on performance management. Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development initiatives to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce. Training and Development: Evaluate and monitor training programs, ensuring they meet organizational needs and contribute to employee satisfaction and retention. Data Analysis: Analyse HR metrics and trends to develop solutions and inform decision-making processes within the organization.
