Join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker in one of our Intermediate Hostel Teams. You will provide a flexible, supportive and responsive service to people who have a history of mental ill health and distress. We are looking for someone who is passionate, open-minded and committed to making a real difference in clients’ lives.
Responsibilities
Provide a flexible, supportive and responsive service to people with a history of mental ill health and distress.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Deliver 1:1 and/or group support sessions as required.
Participate in a 24/7 rota, which includes sleep-in shifts.
Qualifications
Experience of building and maintaining positive working relationships.
Great interpersonal skills including listening and empathy.
Experience of providing support in a 1:1 and/or group work setting.
Flexibility to participate in a 24/7 rota which includes sleep-in shifts.

Hours and Locations
Brigid House, LS15 7EP — 37.5 hours per week (full time).
Octavia House, LS10 3EH — 37.5 hours per week (full time).
