Position:Registered Nurse (RNLD/RMN)
Care Home:Wykewood, Bradford (BD12 8AA)
Contract type:Full time or Part time hours (24 to 48 hour contract available)
Shifts Available:Days OR Nights OR mixed shifts
Rate/Salary:£22.18 per hour

About Exemplar Health Care
Wykewood is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of nursing care for adults living with complex and high acuity needs.
We support people on theirrehabilitation journeyfrom hospital or living in a secure setting to community-based living. We also provide long term support for people living with degenerative or life-limiting illnesses.
Wykewood specialises in supporting adults living with complex mental health needs and neuro-disabilities including Huntingtons disease and Parkinsons disease.
The home has 40 large bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across four units. The home has communal dining and living spaces, an activities hub, a sensory bathroom and a large accessible garden.

About The Role
This is a highly skilled nursing role where youll be accountable and responsible for supporting peoples holistic needs. It requires a range of clinical and nursing skills.
Youllprovide the highest standards of nursing care for adults living with complex care and health needs.Our care focuses on maximising independence and building everyday living skills.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
assessing, planning and implementing care for the people we supportproviding person-centred and evidence-based nursing caredeveloping collaborative needs-based care plans through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluationsafe administration of medicationpromoting health and wellbeingbeing the Nurse in Charge of a small unit whilst on shiftmanaging situations when people display behaviours which may challengepromoting choice, dignity, independence and respect.
