– Location: Fernside House, Armley, Leeds. Hours: 38.5 hours per week. Salary: £25,225.20 / £12.60 per hour + £14.10 overtime. Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person-centred care in a residential setting.Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.Work within a multidisciplinary team to build positive relationships with residents.Provide emotional and practical support to residents.Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion.Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community.Promote independence and self-confidence, helping residents regain control over their lives.Experience Required

Experience within a Mental Health or Residential settingCan build rapport with ease with not only the residents but the wider teamUnderstanding the importance of offering person-centered quality careAbout Us
