You will also be responsible for training and upskilling the HR advisors as well as managing TUPE, role mapping and engagement surveys.What you''ll need to succeed CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have proven experience of operating within a fast paced SME business where you will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing complex ER casework as well as upskilling more junior team members. It is essential that you have a generalist background and are quick to influence and engage at a senior level.
