Account Manager London Waterloo 35,000 base with 50,000 OTE Hybrid after probation. About the RoleWe''re looking for a proactive and confident Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you''ll build strong relationships with clients, helping them get the most from our platform and tools. You''ll be the go-to person for onboarding, training, account development, and issue resolution-ensuring each interaction runs smoothly and successfully. What You''ll Be DoingTrain and support clients on how to use our digital platform and featuresDemonstrate product benefits and encourage wider adoption across accountsBuild trusted client relationships through regular calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetingsMonitor client activity and identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand product useResolve client issues quickly by collaborating across departmentsAnalyse account usage to proactively address gaps or areas for improvementProvide tailored support to ensure long-term client satisfaction What You''ll Bring2+ years of experience in identity verification, compliance, or document/legal process handlingConfidence in presenting and training others on software or systemsProven track record in sales, client success or account managementExcellent communication skillsExperience with software tools (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) is a plusA customer-first mindset and a drive to exceed expectations Why Join Us? 35,000 base salary with
