Legal Counsel

to join its

Legal Business Operations team

on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional with strong operational and project management skills to support a high-impact global initiative.Key Responsibilities

Assist in the roll-out of the

Global Master Retention Agreement (GMRA)

across EMEA and APAC firmsProject manage the GMRA process: maintain trackers, update playbooks and research local lawsAssist with

EMEA Panel

relationship managementRevamp internal hub sites and build databasesCreate playbooks, process flows and visualisations for internal workflowsProvide reporting and management information (MI) for leadershipOffer ad hoc support to the regional Legal teamsYour Profile

Legally qualified in the UK

(other European qualifications considered)Minimum

5 years’ experience

in commercial contracts, legal operations and change/process managementPrior experience in

in-house legal departments or law firmsStrong knowledge of

EMEA and APAC lawsAdvanced user of

relevant software systemsExperience working with

US-based companies

and global stakeholdersPlease Note

This is a

full-time

role with

3 mandatory office days per week

in Central LondonRemote work is not possible due to the nature of the role
