OverviewContent Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions, and we are at the forefront of the Generative AI evolution. We’re looking for a pragmatic and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing in-house Legal team. If you’re qualified, have at least 1-3 years PQE, and are eager to develop your career in a fast-paced, global SaaS business, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders.

This role is based at our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including MSAs, EULAs, DPAs, licensing, and supplier/partnership contracts

Support enterprise and public sector bid and tender processes

Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal teams and non-legal stakeholders

Balance legal risk with commercial objectives, ensuring effective business outcomes

Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and management systems

Support wider corporate, company secretarial, MandA, and intellectual property matters

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across legal and business processes

Help ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

About You

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (0–3 years PQE)

Strong foundation in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management ability

Commercially astute and pragmatic, with the ability to work independently

Experience in SaaS, IT, or telecoms is desirable

Proactive, adaptable, and keen to develop new skills
