The core of this role will be financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements and strategic financial planning.Statutory accounts of the group and all entities including compliance of IFRSSupport MandA activity and investment analysis, to include acquisitionsEnsure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholdersOversee Corporation Tax and VAT computations and processAssist in the integration of newly acquired businessesDevelop and support a culture of continuous improvement and accountabilityAs Financial Controller you will report into the Head of Finance and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and executive leadership.To be considered for this role you should have trained within Practice/Audit and be Qualified. You will then have moved into industry and be looking for a Financial Controller role within a professional services environment.Paying £80-90K base this role also offers Hybrid working (3 office days with 2 at home), Annual Bonus, Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, on site parking and an Annual Bonus and Pay rise.
