We''re seeking a qualified-Financial Controller-to join a growing, innovative organisation in the UK energy sector. You''ll lead financial reporting, control, and operational finance across multiple entities while driving improvements in systems, governance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly accounting and reporting cycles.
• Deliver high-quality management information and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage AP/AR, treasury, audits, and tax processes.
• Support acquisitions and new entity setup.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.
• Drive process improvements and system implementations.

About You:

• ACA (or equivalent) qualified with 3+ years'' commercial experience.
• Strong technical accounting and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to deliver under pressure.
• Energy background would be valuable but isn''t essential.

Salary: -75,000 - -100,000 (depending on experience)
