Knowles are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Head Office team in Marylebone, with immediate availability.

This is an entry level role so this may suit a university student looking for a summer placement, where training will be given. This role is responsible for assisting the accounts payable team with accurate processing of purchase and subcontract ledger invoices as well timesheets with some reconciliations and other accounting control duties.

Duties And Responsibilities

The processing of purchase ledger timesheets and sub-contract certificatesThe processing invoicesSupplier accounts reconciliationLiaising with Sub-Contractors and SuppliersGeneral administration including administering emails inboxesOther ad-hoc duties as and when required

Desirable Experience/Skills/Qualifications

A positive outlook with a good attention to detailA keen interest to learn new skillsPrevious experience of working to deadlinesExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Good organisational skillsA working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office packagesWorking knowledge of VAT and CIS
