Halliday Marx have partnered with an outstanding sports Brand to recruit an Accounts Payable specialist on a Permanent basis.THIS ROLE IS FULLY IN THE OFFICEStart ASAPResponsibilitiesHigh Volume of AP invoice processingConstant monitoring of the AP email inboxPosting DD invoices and matching against bank paymentsSupplier statement reconciliationsEnsuring invoice payment due dates adhere to the payment termsDealing with Purchase Order queriesOrganising, registering, matching purchase ledger invoices in a timely mannerReconciling Credit Card statementsPreparing and processing payment runs and manual paymentsRequirements1 year+ of AP experienceWant to work in the office 5 days a weekMust have high volume AP experience (Minimum 250 invoices a week)Must have strong experience of monitoring and actioning an AP email inboxRoll up your sleeves attitude and just get stuck in!Seniority level
