Customer Service Advisor Required Darwen, Lancashire 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday Office Based 28 Days HolidayWe are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to support our client based in Darwen, Lancashire, operating within the energy sector. This is a temp to permenant contract offering an excellent opportunity to join a busy and professional office environment.The Role:As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data while providing high-quality support to key energy provider customers across the UK. This is a data-driven role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to question discrepancies and identify trends.Key Responsibilities:- Managing and inputting large volumes of data accurately- Maintaining and updating customer records and internal systems- Liaising directly with key UK energy provider customers via email and telephone- Analysing data to drill down into facts, trends, and performance metrics- Identifying, questioning, and escalating anomalies or inconsistencies- Using internal systems and CRM platforms to manage customer information- Providing general administrative and customer supportThe Ideal Candidate:- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role- Strong data entry and data management skills- Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel- Analytical mindset with the ability to recognise trends and patterns- Comfortable questioning
