The role will involve:Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries (phone and email).Supporting customers from onboarding through to ongoing technical queries and returns.Troubleshooting issues across software, hardware and connectivity (full training provided).Using remote tools to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently.Reviewing device data and producing clear, accurate reports.Working closely with internal teams to resolve more complex queries.Keeping customer records up to date within the CRM system.What you will bring:Experience in a customer service or contact centre role.A natural problem solver with a calm and resilient
