This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a small team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.Role and Responsibilities:Lead the Centre team to deliver consistently high customer service standardsBuild strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are metOversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring the Centre is always well-presented, safe and running smoothlyManage customer renewals and support retention across the CentreConduct tours for prospective clients and promote the Centre effectivelySupport team development through regular coaching and performance managementEnsure compliance with all operational and health and safety proceduresEssential Skills:Experience in a customer-facing, commercial environmentPrevious team leadership or management experienceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident, proactive and able to remain calm under pressureGood IT skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPackage:£30,000 - £35,000 salary25 days holidayCompany benefitsOpportunities for training and development
