Catering Manager

to lead our food and beverage operation in London.What you''ll be doing: As Catering Manager, you''ll take ownership of the day-to-day catering operation across our public café, retail outlets, and events. Your responsibilities will include:Leading, training, and inspiring a passionate catering team

Ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the site

Managing stock, rotas, and budgets to meet commercial targets

Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Working closely with the client to meet expectations and enhance the visitor experience

What we''re looking for:

Proven experience in a catering or hospitality management role

A proactive, hands-on leader who leads by example

Strong understanding of food service operations and commercial awareness

Excellent organisational and people skills

A passion for delivering high-quality food and outstanding service in a visitor-focused environment
