The venue offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, providing a versatile backdrop for various events, along with an exciting in-house event programme.THE ROLEWith increasing events and clients, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Event Catering Manager to oversee catering operations across the venue''s public events, private hires, and onsite outlets.This broad role includes:Overseeing catering operations at events and outletsManaging resources to meet financial targetsLine managing internal team members and overseeing agency staffCollaborating with the operations teamLiaising with clients and stakeholdersSupporting team development through performance monitoring and feedbackContributing to catering budgets and PandLsMonitoring stock levelsManaging external catering concessions and vendorsTHE CANDIDATEIdeal candidates will have experience managing bars, cafes, and concessions, preferably in large event environments.
