Role DetailsOur standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm; we are happy to consider flexible working requests.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted partner to deliver lawyer recruitment across the firm''s UK and EMEA offices.

Direct sourcing and engagement of high-calibre lawyers, building strong candidate relationships and reducing reliance on agencies.

Work with Partners, senior stakeholders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategy, market trends and competitor analysis.

Deliver insights on competitor movements, salary benchmarks and diversity demographics, positioning Talent Acquisition as a key business partner.

Partner with HRBPs to support workforce planning and forecasting, ensuring recruitment strategies align with the firm’s priorities.

Manage agency and search firm relationships, ensuring they represent the firm effectively and in line with our values.

Ensure an engaging, professional and consistent recruitment experience, including managing the offer process before handover to HR Shared Services.

Use ATS and recruitment data to track, measure and report on key hiring metrics; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Support wider HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives including employer branding, DEandI recruitment campaigns and process enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.

We typically hold two interview stages per vacancy, providing the opportunity to meet two members of the hiring team at each stage. The first stage is typically conducted virtually and the second stage typically in person at the office in which the role would be based.
