We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a 6-month FTC. You’ll build talent pipelines across corporate functions (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Digital, Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, Supply Chain) and support recruitment for our Accelerator Programme.You’ll work across roles for our brand partner portfolio—including Chanel, Burberry, McQueen, Lululemon, Tiffany and Co., Harrods, Liberty, Puig, Beauty Pie, and more—as well as on project-based hiring to bring the best talent into their businesses.What You’ll Do

Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other toolsBuild pipelines for client roles and programme cohortsCollaborate with our Social Media Manager to amplify our employer brand through storytelling and digital engagementWrite inclusive job ads and support recruitment marketing campaignsSchedule interviews, manage candidate comms, and maintain our ATS (Teamtailor) and Excel trackersEnsure a smooth, professional candidate experience from start to finishWhat You’ll Bring

2+ years’ recruitment experience (agency and/or in-house)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and ExcelExperience hiring across corporate functionsA passion for inclusive hiring and storytellingA collaborative, can-do attitudeWhat We Offer
