Days/ Hour of work: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

A professional and growing organisation based in Chelmsford are looking for a proactive and organised HR and Talent Administrator to join their team. This position will be extremely varied and will allow the successful candidate to really make the role their own. You will need to have strong grammatical skills, high attention to detail and to be a great communicator to succeed in this position. Duties
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, managing the Learning & Development and Jobs inboxes.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR system updates.
- Assist in delivering early careers programmes (apprenticeships, graduate schemes, work experience) in collaboration with the Learning & Development Advisor.
- Maintain and utilise HR and Talent Management systems to ensure accurate data and user support.
- Coordinate and support organisational development and learning initiatives across all levels.
- Manage HR-related invoices and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial plans.
- Monitor and evaluate training, onboarding, and exit processes using feedback and performance data, with a focus on EDI.
- Provide general HR administrative support, including note-taking and collaboration with the HR & Systems Administrator.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the line manager.
