This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic input and operational delivery.Key Responsibilities:Managing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboardingLeading on all HR compliance, ensuring adherence to current UK employment legislation and best practiceManaging and advising on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and absence managementOverseeing TUPE processes and ensuring smooth transitions in line with legal requirementsMaintaining and updating HR policies and proceduresSupporting managers with HR advice and guidance across all areasManaging payroll liaison, benefits administration and HR recordsEnsuring GDPR compliance within HR practicesDriving engagement initiatives and supporting a positive workplace cultureProducing HR reports and supporting business decision makingRequirements
