Location: Hertfordshire Salary: £50,000 £55,000 + up to £5,000 in TPI bonuses (MTPI) Role Overview This is a leadership opportunity focused on managing, developing, and supporting a team of c.10 Property Managers (ranging from junior to senior levels). You ll be central to driving team performance, managing client expectations, resolving escalations, and delivering service improvements that align with company growth targets. Team Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 Property Managers Oversee team attendance, performance, and development Conduct regular 1-2-1s for welfare, progression, and goal setting Review team output, ensuring high standards and reporting results to senior leadership Support the team with meetings, problem-solving, and challenging portfolios Monitor SLAs, budgets, site visits, and ensure consistent delivery of service Drive client feedback initiatives and implement improvement strategies Provide guidance on budgeting and expenditure forecasts Assist in training new staff and progressing existing team members Client Responsibilities Conduct regular site audits and maintain portfolio oversight Handle complaint escalations and feedback Communicate directly with clients, ensuring strong relationships are maintained Company Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Landlord and Tenant Act, RICS and ARMA guidelines Promote company policy and legislative best
