Grounds Maintenance Operative Team Leader - High Wycombe - HP13We are looking for Team Leader to work for our client based out of High Wycombe. As a Team Leader, you''ll be hands-on and lead by example-supporting and supervising a team of operatives across various sites. Your day-to-day will include a full range of grounds maintenance duties such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, shrub maintenance, and more. You''ll ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with contractual requirements.Shifts: Monday - Friday. Summer Hours - 7.00 - 16.30 Monday - Friday. Winter hours - 07:30 - 15:00.Pay Rate: 13.90To succeed, you will need: To be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Hold a full valid UK Driving License with no more than 6 points. Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is essential.
