An established engineering and manufacturing business in Luton is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a variety of quality functions, supporting both internal operations and external suppliers, and helping to strengthen a high-performing Quality Management System.You will be a key member of the Quality team, helping to maintain and improve the organisation''s quality standards and processes. This includes contributing to audits, supporting product quality activities, developing inspection plans, and working closely with suppliers and customers to ensure expectations are consistently met.
