Working closely with Operations, the Shop Floor, Customers, and Suppliers, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards.Reporting directly to the QHSE Manager, you will lead quality improvement programmes and actively support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects ensuring all quality requirements are clearly understood and implemented. You will also take an active role in third-party supplier audits and the creation of downstream QA documentation.Key Responsibilities Lead and develop quality-related improvement initiatives.Support and oversee quality aspects of NPI projects.Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.Conduct and participate in supplier and internal audits.Create and maintain quality documentation (FAIRs, ITPs, Quality Plans).Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.
