Carrying out production responsibilities. Answering employee queries. Prioritising own workload and supporting overall workflow plans with the ability to adapt to any changes. Solving production issues alongside Production Supervisor. Reporting stock damages, losses or concerns. Maintaining health and safety requirements. Supporting staff, encouraging and motivating the team. Logging start to finish process of products. Provide training to new/existing team members.
