Team Leader Mechanical AssemblyWe are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Mechanical Assembly Team, reporting to the Senior Department Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Assembly Operators, ensuring all processes are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and delivery.You will need to bring resilience and a collaborative mindset; lead by example, maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all circumstances. You ll need to be committed to building a team culture based on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
