This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior leadership teams at some of the UK’s most exciting and innovative start-ups and scale-ups.As a Community Search Analyst, you’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building trusted relationships with senior-level Finance and Operations professionals. Working in a consultative, insight-led capacity, you’ll support retained and exclusive searches for C-suite and leadership roles across dynamic industries.Based in the heart of Shoreditch in London, we are a values-led recruitment agency with an inclusive and non-corporate culture. We supply Finance and Operations professionals to start-up and scale-up businesses across Europe, working with a range of organisations including technology start-ups (Fintech, Software, AI, Robotics, Electronics, Biotech), record labels, vegan food start-ups, fashion labels, and more. Harmonic offers career progression with opportunities to become a leader or manager in as little as 18 months.The Role

Community Search Analyst is the first rung on the Harmonic career development programme with our executive search team. You’ll develop expertise in market mapping, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-driven talent acquisition. Unlike transactional recruitment, our approach is long-term and research-driven. You’re not just filling roles, you’re shaping future leadership teams for high-growth businesses.Daily and weekly targets will be used during your training, and successful candidates are expected to progress to Lead Community Analyst within the first three to six months.Training

Harmonic offers strong training and coaching. Following an initial 12-week training period, a dedicated team member provides ongoing coaching and development. We also have an online learning system to ensure the team has key resources.Responsibilities

Build niche leadership candidate networks within a specialist vertical.Conduct market research and map senior talent in high-growth sectors.Identify, engage, and submit senior-level candidates for live executive search mandates.Prepare candidate briefing packs and search update reports for transparency and delivery.Source intelligence on leadership hiring trends and opportunities.Write and co-design thought leadership and bespoke market content.Ensure CRM and data integrity across high-value search projects.The Essentials

£25,400 rising to £26,400 upon passing probation.
