Briefing call - gathering critical role information, identifying core competencies and clarifying client prioritiesBriefing pack + calibration interview - deliver a target list, in-depth role description and recruitment strategyTalent Mapping + Sourcing - ongoing creation of a long-list of high-potential executivesCandidate Selection via interviews, regular client meetings and targeted informal referencingShort-list presentation - ideally 5 qualified candidates and formal referencingCandidate selection - offer negotiation, placement and onboarding assistanceThe Requirements

Degree educated from a top university with a 2:1 or aboveInternships highly desirableAmbitious with a desire to build a long and successful career within the industryExcellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with high level stakeholdersThe Next Steps
