As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, You Will

Support the House Manager in leading a team of nurses and care staff.Ensure high-quality care delivery to children and young people.Coordinate care and manage resources effectively.Serve as a key contact for families and the multidisciplinary team.Participate in clinical assessments and care planning.Manage staff performance and development.Oversee medication administration and clinical governance.
