experienced Consultants and Senior Consultants (Manager–Senior Manager level)

with a strong track record in project delivery, exceptional client-facing skills, and broad cross-sector and technical expertise. These positions offer the opportunity to lead and deliver impactful programmes within a boutique environment, providing genuine autonomy, visibility, and the chance to shape both client outcomes and the continued growth of the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver complex technology and transformation projects across multiple sectors.

Engage senior stakeholders, providing clear advice, progress tracking, and issue resolution.

Establish and manage governance frameworks, delivery plans, and reporting.

Build strong client relationships, with progression towards client development at Senior Consultant level.

Contribute to the growth, culture, and entrepreneurial ambitions of the firm.

Requirements6–10+ years’ experience in consulting at Big Four, Accenture, or IBM.

Strong technical delivery background with credibility in front of clients.

Broad industry exposure (not limited to financial services or public sector).

Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a structured consulting toolkit.

Articulate, collaborative, and technically curious.

What’s on OfferCompetitive salary of £80,000–£140,000 depending on experience:£80,000–£100,000: delivery and relationship focus, no sales pressure.

£130,000–£140,000: expected to support client development and business growth.

Annual

£20,000 bonus .

10% employer pension

contribution (1% employee).
