6–10+ years'' experience in consulting at Big Four, Accenture, or IBM.Strong technical delivery background with credibility in front of clients.Broad industry exposure (not limited to financial services or public sector).Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a structured consulting toolkit.Articulate, collaborative, and technically curious.What’s On Offer

Salary: £80,000 – £140,000 depending on experience plus a £20,000 bonus and 10% employer pension contribution (1% employee).Hybrid working arrangement based in London.The opportunity to shape and influence a growing boutique consultancy, delivering impactful programmes across industries.
