I’m currently working in partnership with a respected London Market broker who is looking to appoint an experienced Broker Support to join their established Property Direct and Facultative (DandF) team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid London Market experience who wants to play a key role in supporting complex international property placements in a collaborative and professional environment.About the Role

Our client is looking for someone who can bring hands-on experience in broker support or technical processing within the London Market. You’ll be involved throughout the placement lifecycle—from preparing and processing documentation to liaising with underwriters and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. While this isn’t a senior title, the role carries real responsibility and visibility within the team.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process MRC slips, endorsements, and other technical documentation for Property DandF risksHandle premium processing, Xchanging/bureau submissions, and credit controlMaintain accurate and compliant records across all stages of the placement processCommunicate effectively with underwriters, brokers, and clients to support day-to-day operationsSupport post-placement servicing, including endorsements, queries, and renewalsContribute to maintaining high standards of service and continuous process improvementEssential Requirements:

4+ years’ experience in a broker support or technical role within the London MarketStrong working knowledge of Property DandF business lines and market documentation standardsFamiliarity with Lloyd’s systemsStrong communication and organisational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
